About Me

Home was always filled with music growing up. As I practiced my latest song on the piano, I’d be accompanied by my mother’s singing from elsewhere in the house. Surrounded by the joyful encouragement of my parents, my love for music only grew, and practice was never a burden. That same passion carried me into teaching, firstly in secondary schools, then preschool groups, but it was having my own studio that lit my heart.

I want students to experience that same love of music in their lives through joyous, fun filled, creative lessons that inspire them, and excite them to share the fruits of what they have learned for years ahead.

    We first met at mainly music when my son was a toddler. It a great way to learn music through songs and dance.

    Further weekly sessions at the Blockhouse Bay Community Centre to learn with musical instruments strengthened my boys appreciation for music.
